Licence Terms
The delivered code is intended to be usable and editable by the purchaser while remaining a Configure & Own product rather than a redistribution product.
Permitted use
You may use and modify the purchased component for a lawful website or project for which you have the necessary rights and permissions.
Modification
You may edit the delivered HTML, CSS and JavaScript to suit the destination project. Once modified, you are responsible for testing those changes in that environment.
No redistribution or resale
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or make the component source available as a standalone component, template, component library or competing product or service.
Third-party material
If you add third-party fonts, images, logos, trademarks or other assets, you are responsible for having the rights required to use and distribute those assets.
Separate agreements
If a different licence scope is expressly agreed in writing for a particular purchase or project, that specific agreement takes precedence for that scope.
